The management review is governed by the Management Review Policy and Management Review SOP and consists of members of executive management, identified in the Quality Manual, who meet to review the status and effectiveness of the Quality Management System and to direct and provide resources for any identified actions, including risks to the organization, improvement in QMS processes, and product strategy. At least annually, an executive report of the health of the QMS is published for executive review. The report highlights continuous improvements by KPA and further opportunities for improvement. Changes in regulations that may impact Veeva are also documented therein.
